Where community meets purpose

We’re shaping an online space where stories are shared, movements are born, and community thrives

Asian Connections Hub (ACH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to empower Asian communities and uplift neurodivergent adults through connection, visibility, and care. Through our online directory, we link individuals to career pathways, mentorship, and culturally rooted community support. In partnership with mission-aligned organizations, we co-create opportunities for growth, skill-building, and healing — all while nurturing the next generation of leaders and changemakers.

Why Neurodivergent Asians?

Asian Connections Hub (ACH) was founded by Michelle Ta in December 2021 during her early college years — born from a deep desire to create intentional spaces for connection, identity, and belonging.

What started as a personal journey to expand her professional network soon evolved into a broader vision: a centralized hub where Asian individuals and organizations could find one another, collaborate, and grow together.

Growing up, Michelle often struggled in traditional academic settings and needed additional time to process and learn — experiences that led her to better understand her neurodivergence and mental health. Instead of viewing these differences as limitations, she began embracing them as strengths that shaped how she connects, leads, and learns.

Rooted in this lived experience, Michelle envisioned a community where others navigating similar paths could feel seen, celebrated, and supported. Today, ACH stands as a reflection of that vision — a home for empowerment, visibility, and collective growth.

What if community care was the foundation of every connection?

Building Belonging For Neurodivergent Asian Changemakers

We are more than a network—we’re a community reclaiming space. We connect neurodivergent Asian adults with culturally grounded mentorship, skill-building, and healing-centered support—because no one should navigate isolation alone.

Build With Purpose

We don’t just partner—we co-create. By collaborating with values-aligned leaders and organizations, we build leadership pipelines that uplift marginalized voices and open doors that were never meant to be closed.

Heal to Lead

Mental health is not a side offering—it’s our foundation. Through Sunnyside, our wellness platform, we help neurodivergent Asian adults rest, reflect, and rise. Because thriving isn't optional—it's our right.

Empower Your Journey with Access to Careers, Mentors and Community

Neurodivergent Asian professionals often face misunderstanding and barriers in the workforce. Our platform creates a dedicated space where they can access resources, opportunities, and connections that uplift and empower their unique growth.

How we do it:

  • Build an online directory and mentorship platform tailored specifically for neurodivergent Asian individuals.

  • Provide skill-building experiences through dynamic workshops, interactive webinars, and personalized one-on-one coaching.

  • Cultivate a thriving community through engaging events, meaningful networking, and peer-led support.

Together, we’re redefining what it means to grow, succeed, and belong.

Forge powerful partnerships that spark collaboration and open new pathways for growth and impact.

Strategic partnerships unlock greater opportunities, build resilient support networks, and pave clear pathways to career success.

How we make it happen:

  • Collaborate with organizations and industry leaders to design impactful career training programs, mentorship pathways, and internship opportunities.

  • Launch joint initiatives that champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable access.

  • Host dynamic networking events and career fairs alongside partners to connect talent directly with employers ready to embrace diverse skills.

Together, we’re creating a future where opportunity meets community — and every voice is valued.

Support Healing and Growth Through Mental Wellness

Mental health is essential to true success. By addressing it head-on, we ensure neurodivergent Asian individuals receive the support they need to flourish and thrive.

How we do it:

  • Partner with Sunnyside to deliver comprehensive mental wellness programs, including counseling, wellness workshops, and peer support groups.

  • Provide targeted resources that tackle unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, from stress management to resilience-building.

  • Embed mental wellness into every ACH initiative, championing holistic well-being alongside career growth and community connection.

Together, we nurture minds and empower futures.
