EmpowerYOU is a free, four-week virtual career and professional development program crafted to support neurodivergent Asian individuals as they embark on or navigate transitions within their career journeys. Whether you’re exploring new paths, entering the workforce for the first time, or reigniting your professional aspirations, EmpowerYOU offers a culturally grounded, community-centered approach to building lasting career confidence.
Through dynamic workshops, personalized mentorship, and practical skill-building, participants gain the tools, insights, and support needed to move forward with clarity, purpose, and empowered confidence.
