We’re creating an online directory space

Asian Connections Hub (ACH) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering Asian communities and dedicated to supporting adults who are disabled, neurodivergent, or both. Through our online directory, we connect individuals to meaningful career opportunities, mentorship, and community resources. By partnering with organizations, we support skill-building, cultural education, and leadership development, with a mission to uplift emerging leaders, preserve heritage, and promote mental wellness.
